Actus is a hosted platform that runs autonomous AI agents on your behalf. You give an agent a goal in plain English, on a schedule, or through a connected channel (chat, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or webhook), and it plans a sequence of steps, calls tools — web browsing, code execution in an isolated sandbox, file generation, site deployment, and more — and returns a result.
By creating an account or using Actus, you agree to these Terms. If you’re using Actus on behalf of an organization, you’re confirming you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You’re responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account, including actions an agent takes on your instruction. Tell us right away at support@actusagent.cc if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans grant a monthly allotment of usage credits that are consumed as agents run — covering model usage, tool calls, and generated artifacts. Unused credits don’t carry over unless we say otherwise on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically and are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) until you cancel from Settings.
On the BYOK plan, you may supply your own Anthropic API key. Usage is charged against your key first; if it’s unavailable or fails, requests fall back to your plan’s shared credits automatically so a run doesn’t just fail outright.
If you set a budget cap in Settings, new runs are rejected once your spend for the period hits that cap — it’s an enforced limit, not just a notification after the fact.
You agree to use Actus in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for activity that violates it, that puts the platform or other users at risk, or that we’re required by law to act on.
Certain agent actions — like sending an email or posting to a connected social account — can be marked as requiring your explicit approval before they execute. Actus queues these and waits for a yes or no; it does not send or post on your behalf without that approval when a policy requires it. You’re responsible for reviewing approval requests before acting on them.
You retain ownership of the goals, prompts, files, and brand assets you provide. You own the artifacts an agent generates for you (documents, sites, images, code) subject to the terms of any third-party service the agent used to produce them (for example, an underlying model provider’s own usage terms).
You’re responsible for having the rights to any content you upload or ask an agent to act on — including images used for brand identity generation and any accounts you connect through integrations.
Actus orchestrates and calls third-party services on your behalf, including AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), account-linking and tool access (Composio), messaging channels (Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Twilio SMS), and infrastructure providers for storage, search, and deployment. Your use of those connected services is also subject to their own terms.
Agent output is generated by AI systems and can be wrong. Actus includes a verification pass that checks generated claims and artifacts against the stated goal before returning them, but this reduces error, it doesn’t eliminate it. Review anything consequential — legal, medical, financial, or anything you’re about to publish or send — before relying on it.
Actus is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, though we monitor uptime and post real system status in the footer of this site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actus and its operator aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including actions taken by an agent under your instruction. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from Settings, which triggers a full data export option and account deletion per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
We’ll update this page when these Terms change and update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Actus after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
